הצהרת נגישות

לתשומת לבכם: ההצהרה נכתבה כדי לתאר בכנות את מצב הנגישות של האתר היום. אין בה משום ייעוץ משפטי, והיא טרם נבדקה על ידי עורך דין או יועץ נגישות. מומלץ להעביר אותה לבדיקה לפני הסתמכות עליה.

1. על ההצהרה

ההצהרה חלה על האתר gotchaconnectapp.com. היא לא חלה על אפליקציית גוצ׳ה ל-iPhone ולאנדרואיד, וגם לא על דפי ה-App Store, Google Play ואינסטגרם, שאינם בשליטתנו.

חשוב לנו שכל אחד ואחת יוכלו להשתמש באתר. האתר עדיין לא עבר בדיקה מלאה מול התקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 (המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA), ואנחנו לא טוענים שהוא עומד בו במלואו. הסעיפים הבאים מתארים מה כבר נעשה ומה עדיין לא.

2. מה עשינו באתר

האתר זמין בעברית, באנגלית ובצרפתית, וכל דף מסמן את השפה ואת כיוון הכתיבה שלו, כדי שקוראי מסך ודפדפנים יקריאו אותו נכון.
הדפים בנויים מכותרות ומאזורים מסומנים (כותרת עליונה או ניווט, תוכן ראשי וכותרת תחתונה), ובדף הבית יש קישור ״דלגו לתוכן״ שמופיע במעבר עם המקלדת.
לתמונות שמוסרות מידע יש טקסט חלופי בשפת הדף; תמונות קישוטיות מוסתרות מקוראי מסך.
הקישורים והכפתורים באתר עובדים עם המקלדת (Tab), ותפריט השפות נפתח ב-Enter ונסגר ב-Escape.
צבעי הטקסט והכפתורים העיקריים הותאמו ליחסי הניגודיות של WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA.
אפשר להגדיל את התצוגה בדפדפן, והעמוד מתאים את עצמו גם לרוחב צר של טלפון.
כשהמכשיר מבקש להפחית תנועה, האנימציות באתר נעצרות.
האתר לא משתמש בתוסף נגישות. אפשר להגדיל טקסט ולשנות את התצוגה בעזרת הדפדפן ומערכת ההפעלה.

3. מגבלות ידועות

האתר לא נבדק על ידי מומחה נגישות, ולא נבדק באופן שיטתי עם קוראי מסך.
תפריט השפות עובד עם Tab ו-Escape, אבל לא עם מקשי החיצים.
צילום המסך של האפליקציה בראש דף הבית הוא תמונה; הטקסט שבו מתואר רק בקצרה בטקסט החלופי.
בינתיים אפשר לפנות אלינו בנושא נגישות בדוא״ל בלבד.

Please note: this statement was written to describe honestly how accessible the site is today. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer or an accessibility consultant. Have it reviewed before relying on it.

1. About this statement

This statement covers the website gotchaconnectapp.com. It does not cover the Gotcha app for iPhone and Android, or the App Store, Google Play and Instagram pages, which we do not control.

We want everyone to be able to use this site. It has not yet been fully assessed against the Israeli standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 level AA), and we do not claim that it fully meets it. The sections below describe what has been done and what has not.

2. What we have done

The site is available in Hebrew, English and French, and each page declares its language and text direction, so screen readers and browsers read it correctly.
Pages are built from headings and marked areas (a header or navigation, the main content, a footer), and the home page has a “Skip to content” link that appears when you reach it with the keyboard.
Images that carry information have a text alternative in the page’s language; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
The site’s links and buttons work with the keyboard (Tab), and the language menu opens with Enter and closes with Escape.
The main text and button colors were adjusted to meet the WCAG 2.1 level AA contrast ratios.
You can zoom the page in your browser, and the layout adapts down to the narrow width of a phone.
When your device asks for reduced motion, the site’s animations stop.
The site does not use an accessibility overlay. You can enlarge text and change the display with your browser and operating system.

3. Known limitations

The site has not been audited by an accessibility expert or tested systematically with screen readers.
The language menu works with Tab and Escape, but not with the arrow keys.
The app screenshot at the top of the home page is an image; the text in it is described only briefly in its text alternative.
For now, you can reach us about accessibility by email only.

Cette déclaration concerne le site gotchaconnectapp.com. Elle ne concerne pas l’application Gotcha pour iPhone et Android, ni les pages de l’App Store, de Google Play et d’Instagram, que nous ne contrôlons pas.

Nous voulons que chacun puisse utiliser ce site. Il n’a pas encore fait l’objet d’une évaluation complète au regard de la norme israélienne IS 5568 (fondée sur le niveau AA des WCAG 2.0), et nous ne prétendons pas qu’il la respecte entièrement. Les sections suivantes décrivent ce qui a été fait et ce qui reste à faire.

2. Ce que nous avons fait

Le site est disponible en hébreu, en anglais et en français, et chaque page indique sa langue et son sens d’écriture, pour que les lecteurs d’écran et les navigateurs la lisent correctement.
Les pages sont structurées par des titres et des zones balisées (en-tête ou navigation, contenu principal, pied de page), et la page d’accueil propose un lien « Aller au contenu » qui apparaît lorsqu’on y arrive au clavier.
Les images porteuses d’information ont une alternative textuelle dans la langue de la page ; les images décoratives sont masquées pour les lecteurs d’écran.
Les liens et les boutons du site fonctionnent au clavier (Tab), et le menu des langues s’ouvre avec Entrée et se ferme avec Échap.
Les couleurs principales du texte et des boutons ont été ajustées pour respecter les rapports de contraste des WCAG 2.1, niveau AA.
Vous pouvez zoomer dans votre navigateur, et la mise en page s’adapte jusqu’à la largeur étroite d’un téléphone.
Quand votre appareil demande de réduire les animations, celles du site s’arrêtent.
Le site n’utilise pas de surcouche d’accessibilité. Vous pouvez agrandir le texte et modifier l’affichage avec votre navigateur et votre système.

3. Limites connues

Le site n’a pas été audité par un expert en accessibilité ni testé de façon systématique avec des lecteurs d’écran.
Le menu des langues fonctionne avec Tab et Échap, mais pas avec les flèches du clavier.
La capture d’écran de l’application en haut de la page d’accueil est une image ; son texte n’est décrit que brièvement dans son alternative textuelle.
Pour l’instant, vous pouvez nous joindre au sujet de l’accessibilité uniquement par e-mail.
