לתשומת לבכם: מדיניות זו נכתבה כדי לתאר את אופן הפעולה בפועל של אפליקציית גוצ׳ה קונקט. אין בה משום ייעוץ משפטי והיא טרם נבדקה על ידי עורך דין. מומלץ להעביר אותה לבדיקה משפטית לפני הסתמכות עליה.

1. מי אנחנו

גוצ׳ה קונקט (”גוצ׳ה“, ”אנחנו“) מפעילה אפליקציה של זירת שירותים מקומית דו־צדדית, המחברת בין לקוחות לבין נותני שירות מקומיים (”מבצעים“), ופועלת בעיקר בישראל. ניתן ליצור איתנו קשר בכתובת privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com.

2. מידע שאנחנו אוספים

פרטי חשבון — שם, כתובת דוא״ל, סיסמה (נשמרת כגיבוב קריפטוגרפי בלבד), והאם נרשמתם כלקוחות או כמבצעים. בהתחברות באמצעות Google אנו מקבלים את פרטי הפרופיל הבסיסיים וכתובת הדוא״ל של אותו חשבון.
תוכן פרופיל — תמונת פרופיל, תיאור אישי, קטגוריות שירות ואזור שירות, עבור מבצעים.
מיקום — באישורכם, מיקום המכשיר המשוער או המדויק, לצורך הצגת מבצעים בקרבתכם והתאמת עבודות לפי אזור. ניתן לסרב; האפליקציה תמשיך לפעול, עם התאמה פחות מדויקת.
תמונות, סרטונים והודעות קוליות — מדיה שאתם מצרפים לפרסום עבודה או להודעה בצ׳אט, בין אם צולמה במצלמה ובמיקרופון ובין אם נבחרה מספריית התמונות. אנו ניגשים למצלמה, למיקרופון ולספרייה רק בזמן שימוש פעיל שלכם בתכונות אלה.
הודעות ותוכן עבודות — הודעות צ׳אט, תיאורי עבודות, הצעות וביקורות שאתם כותבים.
נתונים טכניים — סוג המכשיר וגרסת מערכת ההפעלה, גרסת האפליקציה, אסימון התראות, כתובת IP ויומני שרת.

איננו אוספים פרטי כרטיס אשראי. גוצ׳ה אינה מבצעת סליקה או תשלומים; התשלום עבור השירות מסודר ישירות בין הלקוח למבצע.

איננו מוכרים את המידע האישי שלכם ואיננו עושים בו שימוש לצורכי פרסום.

4. עם מי אנחנו משתפים

משתמשים אחרים. הפרופיל שלכם, הביקורות שכתבתם והתוכן שאתם שולחים בשיחה גלויים למשתמשים שאיתם אתם מתכתבים. פרופיל מבצע ניתן לשיתוף פומבי באמצעות קישור.

דרישות חוק. אנו עשויים למסור מידע כאשר החוק מחייב זאת, או כאשר הדבר נדרש להגנה על זכויות, רכוש או שלום המשתמשים או הציבור.

5. תרגום אוטומטי

כדי לאפשר תקשורת בין דוברי שפות שונות, טקסט של הודעות, תיאורים אישיים, ביקורות ותיאורי עבודות עשוי להישלח לשירות Amazon Translate לצורך הפקת תרגום. התרגום נשמר לצד הטקסט המקורי כדי שלא לתרגם את אותו תוכן שוב ושוב. תוכן שאתם כותבים אינו מתורגם עבורכם — אלא רק עבור מי שקורא אותו בשפה אחרת.

6. התראות

אם אישרתם התראות, אנו שומרים אסימון התראות עבור המכשיר שלכם כדי לעדכן אתכם על הודעות חדשות, הצעות עבודה וביקורות. ניתן לכבות התראות בכל עת בהגדרות המכשיר.

7. משך שמירת המידע

אנו שומרים את נתוני החשבון כל עוד החשבון קיים. ניתן למחוק את החשבון מתוך האפליקציה, פעולה המוחקת או הופכת לאנונימיים את הפרופיל והמידע האישי. ייתכן שמידע מסוים יישמר כאשר החוק מחייב זאת, והודעות ששלחתם עשויות להישאר גלויות לצד השני באותה שיחה.

8. אבטחה

סיסמאות נשמרות כגיבוב ולעולם לא כטקסט גלוי. התעבורה בין האפליקציה לשרתים מוצפנת ב־HTTPS/TLS, והדוא״ל נשלח מעל TLS. אסימוני גישה נשמרים באחסון המאובטח של המכשיר. אף מערכת אינה מאובטחת באופן מוחלט, ואיננו יכולים להבטיח אבטחה מושלמת.

9. הזכויות שלכם

בהתאם למקום מגוריכם, ייתכן שעומדת לכם הזכות לעיין במידע האישי שלכם, לתקנו, למחקו או לייצאו, וכן להתנגד לעיבודו או להגבילו. לתושבי ישראל עומדות זכויות מכוח חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981. לתושבי האזור הכלכלי האירופי ובריטניה עומדות זכויות מכוח ה־GDPR, ובכללן הזכות להגיש תלונה לרשות פיקוח. למימוש כל אחת מהזכויות, כתבו לנו לכתובת privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com.

10. ילדים

גוצ׳ה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 16, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מהם. אם נודע לכם שילד מסר לנו מידע אישי, פנו אלינו ונמחק אותו.

11. העברת מידע לחו״ל

השרתים שלנו מתארחים בארצות הברית. בעת שימוש בגוצ׳ה מישראל, מהאזור הכלכלי האירופי או ממקום אחר, המידע שלכם מועבר לארצות הברית ומעובד בה, בכפוף לאמצעי הגנה מתאימים.

12. שינויים במדיניות

אם נשנה מדיניות זו נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד, ובמקרה של שינוי מהותי נודיע על כך גם באפליקציה.

13. עוגיות וניתוח סטטיסטי באתר

באתר gotchaconnectapp.com (לא באפליקציה) אנו משתמשים ב־Google Analytics כדי להבין מאיפה מבקרים מגיעים אלינו — למשל מפייסבוק, מאינסטגרם או מחיפוש — ובאילו כפתורי הורדה הם משתמשים. השירות שומר עוגיות במכשירכם ומעביר ל־Google נתונים כגון כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן והעמודים שבהם ביקרתם. אם המכשיר שלכם מוגדר לאזור זמן אירופי, השירות מופעל רק לאחר שאישרתם זאת בהודעה המוצגת בתחתית האתר. בכל מקום אחר הוא מופעל כברירת מחדל, אלא אם הדפדפן שלכם שולח אות Global Privacy Control. בכל מקרה ניתן לכבות או להפעיל אותו בכל עת דרך הקישור ”הגדרות עוגיות“ בתחתית עמודי האתר, וכיבוי השירות מוחק את העוגיות שלו. קישורי ההורדה לחנויות האפליקציות כוללים גם סימון של מקור ההגעה (למשל ”instagram“), שמאפשר ל־Apple ול־Google להציג לנו כמה הורדות הגיעו מכל מקור; סימון זה אינו מזהה אתכם אישית.

Privacy Policy

Please note: this policy was prepared to describe how the Gotcha Connect app actually works. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel review it before relying on it.

1. Who we are

Gotcha Connect (“Gotcha”, “we”, “us”) operates a two-sided local services marketplace mobile app that connects customers with local service providers (“Taskers”), operating primarily in Israel. You can reach us at privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), and whether you registered as a customer or as a Tasker. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile and email address associated with that Google account.
Profile content — profile photo, biography, service categories and service area, for Taskers.
Location — with your permission, your device's approximate or precise location, used to show nearby Taskers and to match jobs by area. You may decline; the app still works, with less relevant matching.
Photos, videos and voice notes — media you attach to a job post or a chat message, either captured with the camera and microphone or chosen from your photo library. We access the camera, microphone and library only while you are actively using those features.
Messages and job content — chat messages, job descriptions, offers, and reviews you write.
Technical data — device type and operating system version, app version, push notification token, IP address, and server logs.

We do not collect payment card details. Gotcha does not process payments; payment for any service is arranged directly between the customer and the Tasker.

3. How we use your information

To create and operate your account and to sign you in
To match customers with Taskers, including by location
To deliver chat messages, job offers and push notifications
To send transactional email — password reset codes, a notification when someone reviews your profile, and replies to messages sent through our contact form
To translate content between the languages the app supports (see section 5)
To investigate reports, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
To diagnose faults and improve the app

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Other users. Your profile, your reviews and the content you send in a conversation are visible to the users you interact with. A Tasker profile may be shared publicly by link.

Service providers who process data on our behalf:

Amazon Web Services — hosting, database, media storage, email delivery and machine translation
Google — sign-in, app distribution and push delivery on Android
Apple — app distribution and push delivery on iOS
Expo — over-the-air app updates and push notification routing
Google Analytics — visit statistics for the website only (see section 13)

Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.

5. Automatic translation

So that users who speak different languages can communicate, message text, biographies, reviews and job descriptions may be sent to Amazon Translate to produce a translation. Translations are stored alongside the original text so the same content is not translated repeatedly. Content you write is never translated for you — only for the person reading it in another language.

6. Push notifications

If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device so we can tell you about new messages, job offers and reviews. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account from within the app, which deletes or anonymises your profile and personal data. Some records may be retained where the law requires it, and messages you have already sent may remain visible to the other participant in that conversation.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, and email is sent over TLS. Access tokens are held in your device's secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. Residents of Israel have rights under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981. Residents of the EEA and the UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com.

10. Children

Gotcha is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Our servers are hosted in the United States. If you use Gotcha from Israel, the EEA or elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will tell you in the app.

13. Cookies and analytics on our website

On gotchaconnectapp.com (not in the app) we use Google Analytics to understand where visitors come from — for example Facebook, Instagram or a search engine — and which download buttons they use. It stores cookies on your device and sends Google data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. If your device is set to a European time zone, it runs only after you accept it in the notice shown at the bottom of the site. Everywhere else it runs by default, unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Either way, you can switch it off or on at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the site's pages, and switching it off deletes its cookies. The download links to the app stores also carry a label naming the source you arrived from (for example “instagram”), which lets Apple and Google show us how many downloads came from each source; that label does not identify you personally.

1. Qui nous sommes

Gotcha Connect (« Gotcha », « nous ») exploite une application mobile de mise en relation de services locaux à deux faces, qui met en relation des clients avec des prestataires de services locaux (« prestataires »), et opère principalement en Israël. Vous pouvez nous joindre à l’adresse privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com.

2. Informations que nous collectons

Informations de compte — votre nom, votre adresse e-mail, votre mot de passe (conservé uniquement sous forme de hachage cryptographique), et le fait que vous vous soyez inscrit comme client ou comme prestataire. Si vous vous connectez avec Google, nous recevons le profil de base et l’adresse e-mail associés à ce compte Google.
Contenu du profil — photo de profil, biographie, catégories de services et zone d’intervention, pour les prestataires.
Localisation — avec votre autorisation, la position approximative ou précise de votre appareil, utilisée pour afficher les prestataires à proximité et pour proposer des missions par secteur. Vous pouvez refuser ; l’application fonctionne toujours, avec une mise en relation moins pertinente.
Photos, vidéos et messages vocaux — les médias que vous joignez à une annonce de mission ou à un message de chat, qu’ils soient pris avec l’appareil photo et le microphone ou choisis dans votre photothèque. Nous n’accédons à l’appareil photo, au microphone et à la photothèque que pendant que vous utilisez activement ces fonctionnalités.
Messages et contenu des missions — les messages de chat, les descriptions de missions, les offres et les avis que vous rédigez.
Données techniques — type d’appareil et version du système d’exploitation, version de l’application, jeton de notification push, adresse IP et journaux serveur.

Nous ne collectons pas de données de carte bancaire. Gotcha ne traite aucun paiement ; le règlement de tout service est convenu directement entre le client et le prestataire.

3. Comment nous utilisons vos informations

Pour créer et faire fonctionner votre compte et vous connecter
Pour mettre en relation les clients et les prestataires, y compris selon la localisation
Pour acheminer les messages de chat, les offres de mission et les notifications push
Pour envoyer des e-mails transactionnels — codes de réinitialisation de mot de passe, avis de publication d’une évaluation sur votre profil, et réponses aux messages envoyés via notre formulaire de contact
Pour traduire les contenus entre les langues prises en charge par l’application (voir la section 5)
Pour instruire les signalements, prévenir les abus et faire respecter nos conditions d’utilisation
Pour diagnostiquer les anomalies et améliorer l’application

Nous ne vendons pas vos données personnelles et nous ne les utilisons pas à des fins publicitaires.

4. Avec qui nous les partageons

Les autres utilisateurs. Votre profil, vos avis et le contenu que vous envoyez dans une conversation sont visibles par les utilisateurs avec lesquels vous échangez. Un profil de prestataire peut être partagé publiquement au moyen d’un lien.

Les prestataires techniques qui traitent des données pour notre compte :

Amazon Web Services — hébergement, base de données, stockage des médias, acheminement des e-mails et traduction automatique
Google — connexion, distribution de l’application et acheminement des notifications sur Android
Apple — distribution de l’application et acheminement des notifications sur iOS
Expo — mises à jour de l’application à distance et routage des notifications push
Google Analytics — statistiques de visite du site web uniquement (voir la section 13)

Obligations légales. Nous pouvons divulguer des informations lorsque la loi l’exige, ou lorsque cela est nécessaire pour protéger les droits, les biens ou la sécurité de nos utilisateurs ou du public.

5. Traduction automatique

Afin que des utilisateurs parlant des langues différentes puissent communiquer, le texte des messages, les biographies, les avis et les descriptions de missions peuvent être transmis à Amazon Translate pour en produire une traduction. Les traductions sont conservées à côté du texte d’origine afin qu’un même contenu ne soit pas traduit plusieurs fois. Le contenu que vous rédigez n’est jamais traduit pour vous — seulement pour la personne qui le lit dans une autre langue.

6. Notifications push

Si vous autorisez les notifications, nous conservons un jeton push pour votre appareil afin de pouvoir vous signaler les nouveaux messages, les offres de mission et les avis. Vous pouvez désactiver les notifications à tout moment dans les réglages de votre appareil.

7. Durée de conservation

Nous conservons les données de votre compte tant que celui-ci existe. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte depuis l’application, ce qui supprime ou anonymise votre profil et vos données personnelles. Certaines données peuvent être conservées lorsque la loi l’impose, et les messages que vous avez déjà envoyés peuvent rester visibles par l’autre participant à la conversation.

8. Sécurité

Les mots de passe sont conservés sous forme hachée, jamais en clair. Les échanges entre l’application et nos serveurs sont chiffrés en HTTPS/TLS, et les e-mails sont envoyés via TLS. Les jetons d’accès sont conservés dans le stockage sécurisé de votre appareil. Aucun système n’est parfaitement sûr, et nous ne pouvons pas garantir une sécurité absolue.

9. Vos droits

Selon votre lieu de résidence, vous pouvez disposer du droit d’accéder à vos données personnelles, de les rectifier, de les supprimer ou de les exporter, ainsi que de vous opposer à leur traitement ou de le faire limiter. Les résidents d’Israël disposent de droits au titre de la loi sur la protection de la vie privée, 5741–1981. Les résidents de l’EEE et du Royaume-Uni disposent de droits au titre du RGPD, dont celui d’introduire une réclamation auprès d’une autorité de contrôle. Pour exercer l’un de ces droits, écrivez à privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com.

10. Mineurs

Gotcha ne s’adresse pas aux enfants de moins de 16 ans, et nous ne collectons pas sciemment de données personnelles les concernant. Si vous pensez qu’un enfant nous a communiqué des données personnelles, contactez-nous et nous les supprimerons.

11. Transferts internationaux

Nos serveurs sont hébergés aux États-Unis. Si vous utilisez Gotcha depuis Israël, l’EEE ou ailleurs, vos données sont transférées vers les États-Unis et y sont traitées, sous réserve de garanties appropriées.

12. Modifications de cette politique

Si nous modifions cette politique, nous mettrons à jour la date figurant en haut de cette page et, lorsque la modification est significative, nous vous en informerons dans l’application.

13. Cookies et mesure d’audience sur notre site

Sur gotchaconnectapp.com (et non dans l’application), nous utilisons Google Analytics pour comprendre d’où viennent les visiteurs — par exemple de Facebook, d’Instagram ou d’un moteur de recherche — et quels boutons de téléchargement ils utilisent. Ce service dépose des cookies sur votre appareil et transmet à Google des données telles que votre adresse IP, le type de navigateur et les pages consultées. Si votre appareil est réglé sur un fuseau horaire européen, il n’est activé qu’après votre accord, donné dans le bandeau affiché en bas du site. Ailleurs, il est activé par défaut, sauf si votre navigateur envoie un signal Global Privacy Control. Dans tous les cas, vous pouvez le désactiver ou le réactiver à tout moment via le lien « Paramètres des cookies » en bas des pages du site, et sa désactivation supprime ses cookies. Les liens de téléchargement vers les boutiques d’applications comportent également une mention de la source par laquelle vous êtes arrivé (par exemple « instagram »), ce qui permet à Apple et à Google de nous indiquer combien de téléchargements proviennent de chaque source ; cette mention ne vous identifie pas personnellement.
