בעמוד זה מוסבר איך מוחקים חשבון באפליקציית גוצ׳ה (Gotcha) של גוצ׳ה קונקט (Gotcha Connect) ב־Google Play וב־App Store, ומה נמחק. לא צריך את האפליקציה כדי לעשות זאת: אפשר גם לבקש מאיתנו בדוא״ל.
1. מחיקה באפליקציה
- לקוחות: הקישו על פרופיל ← עריכת פרופיל ← ערוך, ואז על מחק חשבון בתחתית המסך.
- נותני שירות: הקישו על פרופיל ← עריכת פרופיל, במסך שנפתח שוב על עריכת פרופיל, ואז על מחק חשבון בתחתית המסך.
אשרו עם הסיסמה שלכם, או עם חשבון Google אם אתם מתחברים באמצעותו. החשבון נמחק מיד, ואי אפשר לבטל את המחיקה.
2. בקשה בדוא״ל
כתבו לנו לכתובת privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com מכתובת הדוא״ל של החשבון, כדי שנדע שהבקשה באה מכם, וציינו אם זה חשבון לקוח או חשבון נותן שירות. אפשר לעשות זאת גם אם אינכם יכולים להתחבר. נמחק את החשבון תוך 30 יום מקבלת הפנייה ונודיע לכם כשהמחיקה תושלם.
אם תרצו שנמחק גם משהו מהרשימה בסעיף 4, כתבו זאת באותה הודעה, ואל תמחקו קודם את החשבון באפליקציה: אחרי שהחשבון נמחק, ייתכן שלא נוכל עוד למצוא את כל הקבצים שלכם.
3. מה נמחק
- החשבון והפרופיל: שם, כתובת דוא״ל, סיסמה, החיבור לחשבון Google, עיר והגדרות, ואצל נותני שירות גם התיאור האישי, תחומי ההתמחות ואזור השירות.
- כל שיחה שהשתתפתם בה, על כל ההודעות שבה. השיחה נמחקת גם אצל הצד השני.
- אצל לקוחות: העבודות שפרסמתם, כולל הכתובות והתיאורים שלהן, וההצעות והבקשות שנשלחו עליהן.
- אצל נותני שירות: הצעות העבודה שקיבלתם ובקשות העבודה ששלחתם.
4. מה נשמר
- תמונות, סרטונים והודעות קוליות. הקבצים שהעליתם (תמונת הפרופיל ותמונות של עבודות קודמות, תמונות וסרטונים שצירפתם לעבודות שפרסמתם, ותמונות, סרטונים והודעות קוליות ששלחתם בצ׳אט) נשארים באחסון שלנו. האפליקציה כבר לא מציגה אותם, אבל מי ששמר קישור ישיר לקובץ עדיין יכול לפתוח אותו. אצל נותני שירות, תמונת הפרופיל ותמונות העבודות הקודמות שמורות גם עם כתובת הדוא״ל שלכם, שנשלחת יחד עם הקובץ לכל מי שפותח אותו. הקישור לתמונת הפרופיל בנוי ממספר נותן השירות שלכם, שמופיע בקישורים הציבוריים לפרופיל, ולכן אפשר למצוא אותה גם בלי קישור שמור.
- ביקורות. ביקורות שכתבתם על נותני שירות נשארות בפרופיל שלהם, עם השם שלכם. אם אתם נותני שירות, הביקורות שלקוחות כתבו עליכם נשארות במאגר שלנו, אבל כבר לא מוצגות.
- דוא״ל. הודעות ששלחתם לנו, בדוא״ל או דרך ”צור קשר“ באפליקציה, ודיווחים על שימוש לרעה שקשורים לחשבון שלכם נשארים בתיבת הדואר שלנו.
- יומנים וגיבויים. עותקים ביומני השרת ובגיבויים של מסד הנתונים נמחקים אוטומטית תוך 30 יום.
כדי שנמחק גם את הקבצים, הביקורות או ההודעות ששלחתם לנו, כתבו לכתובת privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com. ייתכן שנשמור מידע כאשר החוק מחייב זאת.

Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in Gotcha (גוצ׳ה), the app by Gotcha Connect on Google Play and the App Store, and what deletion removes. You don't need the app to do it: you can also ask us by email.
1. Delete it in the app
- Customers: tap Profile → Edit Profile → Edit, then Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Service providers: tap Profile → Edit Profile, then Edit Profile again on the screen that opens, then Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm with your password, or with your Google account if you sign in with Google. Your account is deleted straight away, and this can't be undone.
2. Ask us by email
Email privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com from your account's email address, so we know the request is yours, and say whether it is a customer or a service provider account. This works even if you can no longer sign in. We will delete the account within 30 days of your email and let you know when it is done.
If you also want anything in section 4 deleted, say so in the same email, and don't delete the account in the app first: once the account is gone, we may no longer be able to find all of your files.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and profile: your name, email address, password, Google sign-in, city and settings and, for service providers, your bio, specialties and service area.
- Every conversation you took part in, with all of its messages. It is deleted for the other person too.
- For customers: your job posts, including their addresses and descriptions, and the offers and requests made on them.
- For service providers: the job offers you received and the job requests you sent.
4. What is kept
- Photos, videos and voice notes. The files you uploaded (your profile photo and photos of your work, the photos and videos you added to job posts, and the photos, videos and voice notes you sent in chats) stay in our storage. The app no longer shows them, but anyone who saved a file's direct link can still open it. For service providers, your profile photo and the photos of your work are also stored with your email address, which is sent along with the file to anyone who opens it. Your profile photo's link is made from your provider number, which appears in public links to your profile, so it can be found without a saved link.
- Reviews. Reviews you wrote about service providers stay on their profiles, with your name. If you are a service provider, the reviews customers wrote about you stay in our database but are no longer shown.
- Emails. Messages you sent us, by email or through Contact Us in the app, and abuse reports that involve your account stay in our mailbox.
- Logs and backups. Copies in our server logs and database backups are deleted automatically within 30 days.
To have your files, reviews or the messages you sent us deleted as well, email privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com. We may keep information where the law requires it.
5. Questions
Our privacy policy describes all the data we collect and your rights. For anything else about deleting your data, write to privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com.
Supprimer votre compte

Cette page explique comment supprimer votre compte dans Gotcha (גוצ׳ה), l’application de Gotcha Connect sur Google Play et l’App Store, et ce que la suppression efface. L’application n’est pas nécessaire : vous pouvez aussi nous le demander par e-mail.
1. Dans l’application
- Clients : touchez Profil → Modifier le profil → Modifier, puis Supprimer le compte en bas de l’écran.
- Prestataires : touchez Profil → Modifier le profil, puis de nouveau Modifier le profil sur l’écran qui s’ouvre, et enfin Supprimer le compte en bas de l’écran.
Confirmez avec votre mot de passe, ou avec votre compte Google si vous vous connectez avec Google. Le compte est supprimé immédiatement, et l’opération est irréversible.
2. Par e-mail
Écrivez à privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com depuis l’adresse e-mail de votre compte, pour que nous sachions que la demande vient bien de vous, et précisez s’il s’agit d’un compte client ou prestataire. Cela fonctionne même si vous ne pouvez plus vous connecter. Nous supprimons le compte dans les 30 jours suivant votre e-mail et vous prévenons une fois que c’est fait.
Si vous voulez aussi faire supprimer un élément de la section 4, indiquez-le dans le même e-mail, et ne supprimez pas d’abord le compte dans l’application : une fois le compte supprimé, nous risquons de ne plus pouvoir retrouver tous vos fichiers.
3. Ce qui est supprimé
- Votre compte et votre profil : nom, adresse e-mail, mot de passe, connexion Google, ville et réglages, et pour les prestataires, la biographie, les spécialités et la zone d’intervention.
- Toutes les conversations auxquelles vous avez participé, avec tous leurs messages. Elles sont aussi supprimées pour l’autre personne.
- Pour les clients : vos annonces de mission, y compris leurs adresses et descriptions, ainsi que les offres et demandes qui s’y rapportent.
- Pour les prestataires : les offres de mission que vous avez reçues et les demandes de mission que vous avez envoyées.
4. Ce qui est conservé
- Photos, vidéos et messages vocaux. Les fichiers que vous avez envoyés (votre photo de profil et les photos de vos réalisations, les photos et vidéos jointes à vos annonces, et les photos, vidéos et messages vocaux envoyés dans le chat) restent dans notre stockage. L’application ne les affiche plus, mais une personne qui a conservé le lien direct d’un fichier peut encore l’ouvrir. Pour les prestataires, la photo de profil et les photos de vos réalisations sont aussi enregistrées avec votre adresse e-mail, transmise avec le fichier à toute personne qui l’ouvre. Le lien de votre photo de profil est construit à partir de votre numéro de prestataire, qui figure dans les liens publics vers votre profil ; elle peut donc être retrouvée sans lien enregistré.
- Avis. Les avis que vous avez rédigés sur des prestataires restent sur leur profil, avec votre nom. Si vous êtes prestataire, les avis que des clients ont rédigés sur vous restent dans notre base de données, mais ne sont plus affichés.
- E-mails. Les messages que vous nous avez envoyés, par e-mail ou via « Nous contacter » dans l’application, et les signalements d’abus qui concernent votre compte restent dans notre messagerie.
- Journaux et sauvegardes. Les copies présentes dans nos journaux serveur et dans les sauvegardes de notre base de données sont supprimées automatiquement sous 30 jours.
Pour faire supprimer aussi vos fichiers, vos avis ou les messages que vous nous avez envoyés, écrivez à privacy@gotchaconnectapp.com. Nous pouvons conserver certaines informations lorsque la loi l’impose.
